死亡笔记简介：

不同于死神bleach，死亡笔记中的死神是异常的恐怖,不仅面相恐怖，还拥有决定人类生死大权的工具---死亡笔记，只要知道人的面相和姓名就可以在笔记上写下人的姓名和死因，之后人就会按照笔记上所写的方式死去，而且死神还拥有死神之眼，他从冥界观察人间界，只要看到那个人，就能知道人的面相和姓名，之后只需写下人的姓名和死因就可以夺取人的生命来延长自己的生命。冥界的生活是悠闲自在的，自己的寿命又长，尽心尽力作好死神的工作毫无意义，于是有的死神就想到了一个有趣的方法---将死亡笔记丢到人间，看看人类如何对待死亡笔记。真是令人气愤，非常可笑而无聊的一件事，然而这样做却引起人间界的一场混乱和人与人之间的斗智大战。 

　　夜神月，一个智力超常的少年，集万千宠爱于一身，因为太优秀了，所以觉得有些无所事事，总想找出一些新鲜事。这样的人恰好就碰见了那样的死神。死亡笔记在他所在的校园里被他随意捡到了。平常人看到，一般的反映都是害怕的丢了，可是月却不这样想，这对于他来说，实在是太好了。自己总算有了可以利用别人没有优势大作一番事业。更令人惊奇的是在死神琉克找到他以后，起初他有些惊恐，但听完琉克的解释后却更加兴奋了，他从琉克那里打听到更多有关死亡笔记的使用规则。开始只属于他的游戏，目标是想拥有一个属于他的世界。 

　　弥海莎，第二个拥有死亡笔记的人，一个天真活泼的女孩，拥有死亡笔记并不是偶然或出于她的本意，相反有些被迫接受的含义。一个死神竟然爱上了她，多么不可思议的一件事，由此可见爱情的魔力和伟大。为了救她，死神竟然放弃超长的寿命，同时还委托另一个死神照顾她。不过她也很厉害，欣然接受了这一切。而且她还接受了死神的交换条件，用自己一半的生命换来可以通过看到人的相貌就知道人的姓名的死神之眼。真是一个大胆的女孩。她不像月那样有宏伟的目标，连月都考虑再三不愿答应的交换条件，她竟然轻易交换了，从某种意义来说，她有些无知，不过也许她有别的目的，对她以后可能有帮助，拥有死神之眼在使用死亡笔记方面或其它情况下可能有一些帮助。 

　　四叶集团中的某一人，他所拥有的死亡笔记并不是新出来的，而是原来属于弥海莎的那本，这个人隐蔽在八人之中，给人一种神秘感，增加了悬疑，每个人之间都相互依赖，但又相互猜测，只通过开圆桌会议来对付共同的敌人，而且还在固定的时间和地点，通过开会讨论来决定下一个目标，表面上看起来没有什么特殊，虽然没有直接暴露，但很快被调查小组盯上，但发现拥有者还存在困难。但是凭着两大男主角的智慧，已经设计发现了这个人-火口。 

　　夜神月起初是想创建一个属于自己的没有邪恶的和平世界，自己成为主宰者，他利用死亡笔记来惩治罪犯，由于调查小组的出现，他还消灭了一些无辜的人，他的想法是好的，但做法值得商榷。弥海莎没有什么特别的目标，目前看起来只是出于好玩的目的，而且她还爱上了夜神月，乐意接受月的利用，帮助月完成他的理想。四叶集团中的某一人，可以说他是不想被人发现才隐藏在八人之中，依托这种相互依赖的关系，通过为集团谋求利益来达到自己的目的，虽然调查小组已经发现了他们，但每个人看起来都有可能是拥有者，现在已经确定为火口，他们的做法令人气愤，他们为了自身的利益而使用死亡笔记，消灭商业上的对手，是最卑劣的人。 

　　随着剧情的发展，由于被迫的原因，夜神月和弥海莎不得已放弃了死亡笔记，并且失去了相关的记忆，虽然暂时加入了调查小组，但依然被调查小组所怀疑，第一第二的死亡笔记拥有者暂时离开了斗智的舞台，第三的死亡笔记拥有者开始成为万众瞩目的焦点，出场的好象有些太快了，不知会有什么命运等待着他，琉克带走的死亡笔记会被谁拥有，它所拥有的第二本死亡笔记会给谁，令人期待，以后也许还会出现第四第五的死亡笔记拥有者，精彩还在后面,但拥有死亡笔记的人表面上好象拥有了神的权利，其实是可悲的，他们随时感受着死亡的恐怖，等待他们的会是如何的命运，让我们一起继续看下去。

死亡笔记使用规则： 

The human whose name is written in this note shall die. 
名字被写在这本笔记里的人便会死亡。  

This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected. 
若不知被记名者的长相，笔记便不会生效。因此，同名同姓者不会受到牵连。  

If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the person's name, it will happen. 
在写下名字后的40秒内写上死因的话，此人将会按你所写的方式死去。  

If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of a heart attack. 
若不写明死因，那么此人将会死于心脏麻痹。  

After writing the cause of death, details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds. 
如果写上死因的话，会给你6分40秒的时间来记录更详细的死因。  

This note shall become the property of the human world, once it touches the ground of (arrives in) the human world. 
一旦这本笔记落到人间的地面，它就是人间之物了。  

The owner of the note can recognize the image and voice of its original owner, i.e. a god of death. 
持有这本笔记的人，可以认出这本笔记原来的主人，即死神的样子及声音。  

The human who uses this note can neither go to Heaven nor Hell. 
使用这本笔记的人，不能上天堂也不能下地狱。  

If the time of death is written within 40 seconds after writing the cause of death as a heart attack, the time of death can be manipulated, and the time can go into effect within 40 seconds after writing the name. 
写上死因是心脏麻痹后，若在40秒内写上死亡时间的话，即便是死于心脏麻痹也可以操纵其死亡的时间。而那一时间也可以是在写下名字后的40秒之内。  

The human who touches the DEATH NOTE can recognize the image and voice of its original owner, a god of death, even if the human is not the owner of the note. 
碰触到这本死亡笔记的人，即使不是笔记所有者，也可以认出原来持有这本笔记的死神的样子及声音。  

The person in possession of the DEATH NOTE is possessed by a god of death, its original owner, until they die. 
死亡笔记的持有者将被原来持有这本笔记的死神跟随，直到死亡为止。  

If a human uses the note, a god of death usually appears in front of him/her within 39 days after he/she uses the note. 
死神通常会在39天内现身于使用了这本笔记的人类面前。  

Gods of death, the original owners of the DEATH NOTE, do not do, in principle, anything which will help or prevent the deaths in the note. 
原来持有这本笔记的死神原则上不会帮助或是妨碍笔记的使用。  

A god of death has no obligation to completely explain how to use the note or rules which will apply to the human who owns it. 
死神没有义务详尽说明笔记的使用方法以及对持有笔记的人类产生的规束。  

A god of death can extend his life by putting human names on the note, but humans cannot. 
死神可以通过在死亡笔记上写下人类的名字而延长自己的寿命，但人类却不可以。  

A person can shorten his or her own life by using the note. 
人类可以使用死亡笔记来缩短自身的寿命。  

The human who becomes the owner of the DEATH NOTE can, in exchange of half of his/her remaining life, get the eyeballs of the god of death which will enable him/her to see a human's name and remaining lifetime when looking through them. 

成为死亡笔记所有者的人类，可以用自己剩余寿命的一半来交换一瞥便可知道人类名字与剩余寿命的死神之眼。  

A god of death cannot be killed even if stabbed in his heart with a knife or shot in the head with a gun. However, there are ways to kill a god of death, which are not generally known to the gods of death. 
死神就算是用刀刺中心脏或者被枪打中脑子都不会死。但是，同时也存在着杀死死神的方法，虽然这些方法并不普遍为死神所知。  

A god of death cannot be killed even if stabbed in his heart with a knife or shot in the head with a gun. However, there are ways to kill a god of death, which are not generally known to the gods of death.

The conditions for death will not be realized unless it is physically possible for that human or it is reasonably assumed to be carried out by that human.

The specific scope of the condition for death is not known to the gods of death, neither. So, you must examine and find out. 
具体的死亡情况及范围，连死神都不清楚。因此你必须自己去验证。  

One page taken from the DEATH NOTE, or even a fragment of the page, contains the full effects of the note. 
从死亡笔记上撕下一页纸，哪怕是一小块碎片，都同样具有死亡笔记的全部功能。  

The instrument to write with can be anything, (e.g. cosmetics, blood, etc.) as long as it can write directly onto the note and remains as legible letters. 
可以使用任何东西来书写，（如化妆品、血……等等）只要能直接在笔记上留下可辨认的文字就行。  

Even the original owners of the DEATH NOTE, gods of death, do not know much about the note. 
有关死亡笔记，就连它原来的主人死神都有很多不明之处。  

You may also write the cause and/or details of death prior to filling in the name of the individual. Be sure to insert the name in front of the written cause of death. You have about 19 days (according to the human calendar) in order to fill in a name. 
你也可以先写上死因以及/或者死亡状况，然后再在这些文字前加上名字，这样也同样有效。但是必须在人类时间的19天之内加上名字。  

Even if you do not actually possess the DEATH NOTE, the effect will be the same if you can recognize the person and his/her name to place in the blank. 
即使你不是死亡笔记的所有者，如果知道相貌并把其名字写在笔记之上的话，也会产生同样的效果。  

The DEATH NOTE will not affect those under 780 days old. 
对于出生后未满780天的人，死亡笔记没有任何效用。  

The DEATH NOTE will be rendered useless if the victim's name is misspelled four times. 
如果想着同一个人的相貌，却四次写错他的名字，那么死亡笔记将对此人失效。  

"Suicide" is a valid cause of death. Basically all humans are thought to possess the possibility to commit suicide. It is, therefore, not something "unbelievable to think of". 
死因是“自杀”也同样有效。几乎对所有人来说，自杀都是一种可能性行为，因此不会被认为“不可能想要自杀”。  

Whether the cause of the individual's death is either a suicide or accident, if the death leads to the death of more than the intended, the person will simply die of a heart attack. This is to ensure that other lives are not influenced. 
不论死因是自杀还是意外身亡，如果会导致其他不相关人员死亡的话，则会一律改为死于心脏麻痹。这是为了保证其他人的生命不受牵连。
